1. What We Collect

When you use Magnifique.ai, we collect only what's necessary to provide and improve the Service:

  • Account information: Email address, name, and payment details when you subscribe.
  • Workspace Data: Agent configurations, conversation logs, generated content, uploaded files, memory data, and integration data stored within your Mission Control.
  • Usage data: Token consumption, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics to maintain service quality.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the Service: Processing your instructions, running your specialists, storing your workspace data.
  • To improve reliability: Monitoring system health, identifying bugs, and optimizing performance.
  • To communicate: Service updates, security notices, and billing information.
  • To protect the platform: Detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and enforcing our Terms.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Workspace Data to train AI models.

3. Data Isolation & Security

Every Mission Control runs on its own hardware-isolated machine — a dedicated MicroVM with its own filesystem, network, and compute resources. Your data is never co-located with another customer's data.

  • Hardware-level isolation (one machine per workspace)
  • Encrypted credentials storage
  • Row-Level Security on all database tables
  • Automatic security patching
  • Logged administrative access

4. LLM Data Processing

When your specialists interact with AI models, relevant prompts and context are transmitted to third-party LLM providers via our routing infrastructure. We select providers that state they do not train on API-submitted data, but we cannot guarantee third-party compliance.

If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), requests route through your own provider account. You are responsible for understanding your provider's data policies.

6. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
  • Export: Self-service data export via Settings → Export All Data.
  • Deletion: Self-service via Settings → Delete Mission Control. All data destroyed within 24 hours; backups purged within 30 days.
  • Portability: Exports provided in standard, machine-readable formats.
  • Correction: Update your account information at any time through Settings.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, where used, are privacy-respecting and do not sell data to third parties.

8. International Transfers

Customers can choose their deployment region at provisioning time. US East is the default. EU customers can select EU regions. Data stays in the chosen region. For eligible business customers, we provide a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) upon request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
